Jamila Knopp

Hello, my name is Jamila Knopp. I am from Germany and live in New Zealand. I have been teaching yoga for more than 20 years, and I love helping people with their health and wellbeing using mindfulness, Ayurveda, massage and other therapies. I have practiced meditation for more than 20 years. With five years of experience successfully teaching mindfulness courses in New Zealand, I'm now excited to share my teachings about mindfulness with a wider audience online. She is a lovely, warm person and perfect for teaching mindfulness. I wish I had started this 30 years ago BUT it's never too late to learn.
