About the Instructor

Hello, my name is Jamila Knopp. I am originally from Germany and live in New Zealand. I have been teaching yoga for 17 years, and have been helping people with their health and wellbeing for 15 years using Ayurveda, massage and other therapies.

I have practiced meditation for more than 17 years and have used mindfulness techniques in my yoga teaching for 17 years too. With two years experience successfully teaching mindfulness courses in New Zealand I'm now excited to share my teachings about mindfulness to a wider audience online.
